About Lynn McNally, DNP, ACNP-BC, FMCP-M

I specialize in the phase
that no one prepares you for.

After treatment ends, the medical system steps back. The people around you exhale. And you are left standing in a silence that no one prepared you for, wondering why you don't feel the way everyone expected you to.

That is where I work.

WHAT I KEEP SEEING

The moment that made everything clear.

After seven years in oncology, I kept witnessing the same moment. Treatment would end. Everyone would celebrate and breathe a collective sigh of relief. And then the woman sitting across from me would go home with a follow-up plan that told her what to watch for, but nothing about how to actually rebuild her life.

The fatigue that did not resolve. The hormonal disruption that persisted long after the last treatment. The gut health that had been devastated by chemotherapy and never properly addressed. The body she no longer recognized. The identity that had quietly shifted during the year she spent fighting for her life.

None of this was rare. It was what happened to nearly every woman I worked with. The medical system is designed to treat disease, not to support recovery, and often left women without a plan on how to become someone who felt at home in her body again, understood what had happened to it, and knew what to do next.

That gap is where I work.

"That gap between medical clearance and actually feeling well is not a personal failure. It is a structural gap. And closing it became my work."

CLINICAL BACKGROUND

Built from thirty years inside the system.

DNP, ACNP-BC

Doctorate-trained Nurse Praticioner,

Board Certified Adult-Gerontology

Acute Care

FMCP-M

Certified Functional Medicine Practioner:
the evidence-based methodology that asks why they body is not working, not just what to do about the symptoms.

Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center

Built a comprehensive breast cancer survivorship program from the ground up. Led the nurse practitioner supportive oncology team for seven years.

Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine

Trained at one of the country's leading integrative medicine institutions, where conventional clinical practice meets evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle, and mind-body medicine.

I did not build the Rise Above Reset from research alone. I built it from thousands of hours sitting across from women who were doing everything right and still could not figure out why they did not feel better. Women who were grateful to be alive and exhausted at the same time. Women who had laughed with me, cried with me, celebrated new beginnings, and faced devastating losses.

Their resilience did not just inspire this work. It is this work.

WHY RISE ABOVE PINK

What the hospital system could not provide.

Inside a cancer center, there is extraordinary care for the disease. There is surveillance for recurrence. There is a team of people whose job is to make sure the cancer is gone. What there is very little time for, and no structured protocol for, is the work that comes after. The hormone disruption. The microbiome damage. The nervous system that is still running on threat mode months after the last treatment. The identity that changed alongside the body.

Rise Above Pink exists to do that work. Specifically. Clinically. In the way that conventional medicine never had the bandwidth to design.

My approach is not general wellness. It is post-treatment reconstruction, grounded in functional medicine, integrative oncology, nervous system science, and years of working with the exact population the program was built for.

"This is not a program that sounds good in theory. It is a plan built for the life she is actually living right now."

I have worked with Lynn for many years. She is an amazing professional and is passionate about providing exceptional support to those she works with. I will continue to refer individuals who are navigating or recovering from cancer to her, knowing the guidance they receive is top notch. She offers strategies that complement, not replace, standard oncology care. Her knowledge of integrative and lifestyle therapies is outstanding. She is kind, compassionate, and deeply dedicated to helping others improve their well-being.

MY APPROACH

What makes this different.

Clinical authority, not general wellness

The Rise Above Reset is grounded in functional medicine, integrative oncology, and years working directly with breast cancer survivors. Every recommendation is evidence-based. Every protocol is specific to what the body actually went through.

The gap the system leaves open

My work begins where your oncologist's care plan ends. I do not replace your medical team. I build what they were never designed to provide.

Personalized to the woman in front of me

Two women with the same diagnosis rarely need the same plan. Functional medicine testing, symptom patterns, and individual history all shape the protocol. No cookie-cutter programs.

A clear path forward

Six weeks. Each one building on the last, from steadying your nervous system, to reclaiming your body, to stepping into who you are now.

READY TO BEGIN

Let's find out if this is the right fit.

A discovery call is 20 minutes. No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation about where you are and whether the Rise Above Reset is what you need right now.
